Villa Carmen<\/strong> is a splendid oasis of peace<\/strong>, overlooking the Costa Smeralda. Designed by Jacques Couelle<\/strong>, the French architect who invented the style of the Costa Smeralda, with spacious and well-appointed spaces<\/strong>, a private swimming pool and relaxation areas surrounded by greenery. INTERIOR SPACES<\/strong>
\nOur villa in Porto Cervo has:
\ntwo spacious living rooms on the ground floor with sofas for spending time with friends playing cards or reading
\ndining area with wooden table to dine all together.<\/p>\n

The house is not accessible to disabled people due to the presence of stairs.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Kitchen<\/strong>
\nFully equipped indoor kitchen fridge, freezer, toaster, water boiler, American coffee maker, microwave, traditional oven and everything you need to cook just like at home.<\/p>\n

Bedrooms<\/strong>
\nThe house has 4 bedrooms, each with independent air conditioning, divided as follows:<\/p>\n

DOUBLE ROOM: has one double bed.
\nDOUBLE ROOM: has two single beds. Bathroom adjacent to the room.
\nDOUBLE ROOM: located on the ground floor, has a double bed and private bathroom accessible directly from the room. From the room there is direct access to the garden leading to the swimming pool.
\nTRIPLE ROOM: has three single beds and a private bathroom accessible directly from the room.<\/p>\n

Bathrooms<\/strong>
\nAll bathrooms are complete with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.<\/p>\n

GARDEN AND OUTDOOR SPACES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pool shared with the adjacent villa <\/span><\/strong>with a breathtaking view over the sea of Porto Cervo<\/strong>, equipped with hydro jets for total relaxation.<\/p>\n

Circular jacuzzi<\/strong> with a breathtaking panorama located above the pool.
\nThe pool is surrounded by the solarium area equipped with sunbeds and shower.<\/p>\n

The villa is immersed in greenery, surrounded by a large shady garden<\/strong> that will allow you to spend long days in the open air.
