Villa Eloisa<\/strong> is a spacious villa surrounded by a well-kept garden, complete with private swimming pool and a cozy barbecue with veranda. A perfect place to enjoy relaxing moments in the open air and enjoy the beauty of the Costa Smeralda<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

INTERIOR SPACES<\/strong>
\n<\/span>Our villa has:
\n<\/span>a large living room on the ground floor with two large windows from which you can access directly to the garden and pool.<\/span><\/p>\n

Divided into two zones by the possibility of:<\/span><\/p>\n

– spend time in company playing cards or reading in the living area<\/span><\/p>\n

– Dining together indoors on cooler evenings<\/span><\/p>\n

Kitchen<\/strong>
\n<\/span>Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle for water, coffee machine, microwave, oven and everything you need to cook as at home.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bedrooms<\/strong>
\n<\/span>The house has 6 bedrooms<\/strong> each with independent air conditioning divided as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

MASTER ROOM: located on the upper floor has a double bed, private bathroom accessible directly from the room.
\n<\/span>MASTER ROOM: located on the ground floor has a double bed. Bathroom adjacent to the room.
\n<\/span>DOUBLE ROOM: located on the ground floor has 2 single beds. Bathroom adjacent to the room.
\n<\/span>DOUBLE ROOM: double, located on the ground floor has a French bed, bathroom adjacent to the room. It has a large veranda with direct access to the garden.
\n<\/span>DOUBLE ROOM: double, located on the upper floor, has 2 single beds. Bathroom on the lower floor.
\n<\/span>DOUBLE ROOM: double, located on the upper floor, has a double bed. Bathroom on the lower floor.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Bathrooms<\/strong>
\nAll bathrooms are complete with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.<\/p>\n

GARDEN AND OUTDOOR AREAS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The pool<\/strong> has steps to enter the water and has a constant depth of 1.50 m, ideal for younger children. The pool is treated with chlorine for perfect hygiene and cleaning.
\nThe swimming pool is surrounded by a solarium<\/strong> area with sun loungers and shower. Near the pool there is a large veranda including:<\/p>\n

– Summer kitchen equipped with barbecue and everything you need to grill outdoors enjoying the sun.<\/p>\n

– Table with chairs to eat all together.<\/p>\n

The garden, full of relaxation corners, is perfect for immersing yourself in the natural beauty and enjoy the Mediterranean climate, while the pool is perfect for dips and moments of total well-being.
