INTERIOR SPACES
\n<\/span><\/strong>Our villa has:
\n<\/span>a large living room on the ground floor with two large windows from which you can access directly to the garden and pool.<\/span><\/p>\n

Divided into two zones by the possibility of:<\/span><\/p>\n

– spend time in company playing cards or reading in the living area<\/span><\/p>\n

– Dining together indoors on cooler evenings<\/span><\/p>\n

Kitchen<\/strong>
\n<\/span>Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle for water, coffee machine, microwave, oven and everything you need to cook as at home.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bedrooms<\/strong>
\n<\/span>The house has 3 bedrooms each with independent air conditioning divided as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

MASTER ROOM: located on the upper floor has a double bed and a single bed, private bathroom accessible directly from the room. It also has a large terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding hills.
\n<\/span>DOUBLE ROOM: located on the ground floor has a double bed. It also has a view of the inner garden, the bathroom is adjacent to the room.
\n<\/span>DOUBLE ROOM: located on the ground floor has 2 single beds. Bathroom in the room.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bathrooms<\/strong>
\n<\/span>All bathrooms are complete with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.<\/span><\/p>\n

GARDEN AND OUTDOOR AREAS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The pool<\/strong> has steps to enter the water and has a depth of 0.50 cm to 2.10 m, ideal for younger children. The pool is treated with chlorine for perfect hygiene and cleaning.
\nThe swimming pool is surrounded by a solarium<\/strong> area with sun loungers and shower. Near the pool there is a large veranda including:<\/p>\n

– Summer kitchen equipped with barbecue and everything you need to grill outdoors enjoying the sun.<\/p>\n

– Table with chairs to eat all together.<\/p>\n

The garden, full of relaxation corners, is very well kept and surrounds the whole house, to relax and enjoy the green in complete privacy, the pool is perfect for dips and moments of total wellness.
